I have an American Express bluebird card linked to my PayPal account. When ever I try to send money to a friend it keeps asking me to link a card as a payment method. Why won’t PayPal use the card I have linked to send the money? I don’t understand why I can’t use my already linked card and also why Dec 28, 2011 · Re: Can't use my credit card? Please enter a different credit or debit card number." it might be due to one of the following reasons: Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you're not logging in with that particular account.
